What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF technical drawings, DWG/DXF, scanned paper blueprints (TIFF, JPG, PNG), photographs of physical parts, hand sketches, existing 3D files, 3D scan data (STL, OBJ, PLY), and physical samples.
How fast is turnaround?
Standard turnaround: simple single-part conversion 24-48 hours; medium complexity (multi-feature part, small assembly) 2-3 business days; complex assembly (multi-part, advanced features) 4-6 business days. Rush turnaround 12-24 hours available when files are received before 11am, subject to availability.
Do you sign NDAs?
