Where are your engineers based?

How fast is turnaround?
Standard turnaround: simple single-part conversion 24-48 hours; medium complexity (multi-feature part, small assembly) 2-3 business days; complex assembly (multi-part, advanced features) 4-6 business days. Rush turnaround 12-24 hours available when files are received before 11am, subject to availability.
What file formats can you accept?
PDF (technical drawings, datasheets, scanned documents), DWG/DXF, scanned paper blueprints (TIFF, JPG, PNG), photographs of physical parts, hand sketches, existing 3D files for conversion, 3D scan data (STL, OBJ, PLY), physical samples shipped to our team.
What file formats do you deliver?
STEP/STP (AP203, AP214, AP242), IGES/IGS, SolidWorks SLDPRT/SLDASM, Inventor IPT/IAM, Parasolid (X_T), STL, 2D drawings: DWG, DXF, PDF. Other formats on request.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, on request. Signed by ADB Media LLC or BRIA SARL depending on your region.
What if you make a mistake on the model?
Errors caused by our team are corrected at no charge within 30 days of delivery.
How does pricing work?
Free quote within 12 hours of your submission. Pricing depends on complexity, source quality, and output requirements. We provide a fixed quote with no commitment.
Can I send a physical part for reverse engineering?
Yes. We sign an NDA before any physical materials are shipped, and provide shipping instructions after initial conversation.
