How it works
Four steps from your files to production-ready CAD models.
- 01
Submit your files
Upload PDFs, DWG files, scanned drawings, or photos of physical parts through our quote form. Or describe your project in words and we'll advise on what to send. Files larger than 5 MB can be emailed to uploads@cadto3d.com.
- PDF technical drawings and datasheets
- DWG, DXF files
- Scanned blueprints (TIFF, JPG, PNG)
- Photos of physical parts
- Hand sketches
- 3D scan data (STL, OBJ, PLY)
- 02
Quote within 12 hours
We review your project and send a fixed-price quote by email. The quote covers the scope, output format, and timeline. NDA signed on request — before files are reviewed if required. No commitment until you approve the quote.
- 03
Modeling & two-tier QC
Our engineering team models your parts in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor. Work follows ANSI and ISO drafting standards. A separate specialist then reviews the model against your source drawings before delivery — we don't self-certify.
- 04
Delivery & revisions
Completed files are delivered by email or secure download link in your requested format. One revision round is included per quote — if something isn't right, we fix it. Additional revision rounds are quoted on request.
Policies
Revision policy
One revision round is included with every quote. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Errors caused by our team are corrected at no charge. Changes to scope after delivery are quoted separately.
NDA & confidentiality
We sign NDAs on request, before files are shared. NDAs are signed by ADB Media LLC (US customers) or BRIA SARL (EU/EEA/UK/CH customers) depending on your region.
File deletion policy
Source files are deleted from our systems within 90 days of project completion. We do not use uploaded files to train AI models.
Drafting standards
All work follows ANSI and ISO drafting standards. Output format and version (e.g. STEP AP214, AP242) specified per project at quote stage.
